Lead DSP - Site Supervisor

The Mary T Family of Companies is currently hiring a full time Site Supervisor to serve as a Lead in each of our group home locations in the state of Maryland.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the home department, including but not limited to daily staffing,

performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, scheduling, and assisting with direct cares as needed.

Responsibilities Include :

• Provide support, supervision and oversight to direct support staff
• Ensure proper training and onboarding of program staff
• Attend, and assist if needed, monthly staff meetings
• Write and complete evaluations for direct support staff
• Provide direct care as required per program needs
• Oversight of execution of person-centered plans and outcomes
• Review and completion of person served paperwork in compliance with licensing standards of

program

Schedule : This is a full-time position with hours that vary by location.
