The Mary T Family of Companies is currently hiring a full-time Program Manager to manage 1 group home located in Bloomington, MN.
This position is responsible for managing the overall operations of 1 ICF-licensed group home location. The Program Manager will manage the following duties including, but not limited to, daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training and budgeting.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages several Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Completes documentations including: SCOMMs, communication with IDT as needed, and documenting of clients' new medications
- Prepares and completes regular reports
- Completes bi-weekly scheduling of DSPs and fills open shifts as needed
- Completes on-shift requirements
- Provides supervision and work direction
- Completes other duties as assigned that pertain to this position
- Providing direct cares as needed
- Covers open shifts when needed
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, generally daytime hours (8a-4p), Monday - Friday. The Program Manager is expected to be on-site at the group home for 40 hours per week and will provide direct care to residents for 2-3 shifts per week. The Program Manager will need to be able to flex their schedule to cover open shifts for daytime, evening and weekend hours as necessary.

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a group home required
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to human services, education or health preferred; however will consider 4 years of related experience in lieu of a 4-year degree
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must have the ability to pass a background check through DHS
- A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
