Strong Cardiac Experience with IABP, Impella and CRRT with Prismaflex.
2 yrs experience
Start date : ASAP
Ratios : 1 : 2-3 (Ratios will be appropriate to skill level and acuity during required float)
First-timers accepted : Yes
Weekend REQ : Every other
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals accepted : Yes
RTO Restrictions : At manager's discretion

Unit Specific Information
Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias
Arterial line management
Blood product administration
Diagnoses include : acute ventilator need, COVID with high O2 demand, DKA, severe sepsis, unstable GI bleed, trauma cases, open heart recovery, TAVR recovery, s / p code blue, multi system organ failure, need for CRRT.
Additional Details
Required for all candidates. Must include front and back copy.
Candidates working driving positions require physical driver's license front and back copy. Must be valid VA driver's license.
