Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, blood product administration; Diagnoses include : acute ventilator need, COVID with high O2 demand, DKA, severe sepsis, unstable GI bleed, trauma cases, open heart recovery, TAVR recovery, s / p code blue, multi system organ failure, need for CRRT.

Ratios : 1 : 2-3 (Ratios will be appropriate to skill level and acuity during required float)
