Responsibilities
- Complete crisis assessments and diagnostic assessments to identify individual needs.
- Develop safety plans or treatment plans for youth and adults seeking services.
- Facilitate connections to outpatient or inpatient treatment as needed.
Requirements
- A master's degree in human services or a behavioral healthcare field with one year of counseling experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in human services or a behavioral healthcare field with two years of experience in the chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment is required.
- A valid state of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT with two years of paid full-time experience in the field of behavioral health is also required.
