Software (LMS) Learning Management System Specialist

WE ARE HIRING! 

Software (LMS) Specialist for Maryhurst. This is a hybrid position, with both in-person office based, and work from home. This position is Part-time (15-20 hrs per week) and is a temporary position. (approximately 4 months)

We are a dynamic and innovative company, who is looking to enhance the way we leverage out Learning Management System (LMS) to improve employee training, streamline processes, and drive greater efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LMS Specialist to dive deep into our system, explore capabilities, and help us maximize its full potential. 

This Software Specialist will work closely with the Training and Programs Departments (residential and community-based) on projects related to conducting LMS system evaluation, report integration, process improvement, training content creation, and user training/support. 

What you'll be doing

• Assess system structures
• Create prototypes and/or mockups of software features to demonstrate functionality. Assess software for automation and reporting
• Ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations or industry best practices
• Write user manuals to elevate software understanding and useability

Requirements

•  Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• 1-2 years working in LMS system expertise (Relias, Blackboard, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, etc)
• Can troubleshoot - ability to identify and resolve technical issues within systems
