Job Description:
Maryland Environmental Service is seeking a Deputy Director located at our Headquarters facility in Millersville, MD. The Deputy Director is appointed by the Director, with the consent of the Governor, and serves as a member of the Executive Staff. The Deputy supports the Director in leading the Agency to carry out its mission and pursue its vision. The Deputy also has specific responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
Estimated Pay Range:
$175,848.75 - $225,306.21

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution in engineering, environmental science, the physical sciences, business, finance, policy, communications, or other related field, plus 20 years of management experience at progressively increased levels in administrative, government or professional work. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
