Call Center Representative
Family Practice office in Annapolis, MD has an opening for a Full-Time Call Center Representative. Must have experience working in a fast paced medical environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills to schedule appointments, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Proficiency working with computers is a must. Epic experience preferred. Two (2) years of experience working in a Healthcare setting. Previous call center experience is preferred.
