Full Time Call Center Supervisor

Large Family Practice office in Queenstown, MD has an opening for a Full-Time Call Center Supervisor. Must have experience supervising individuals and working in a fast paced medical environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills to schedule appointments, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Proficiency working with computers is a must. Epic experience preferred. Two (2) years of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred. Previous call center experience is required and staff supervision experience required.
The office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm and Friday, 7:00-3:00pm. The schedule rotates weekly between those hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
