Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations by performing a variety of clerical tasks, ensuring efficient office functionality. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer and manage phone systems to assist clients and direct calls appropriately.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments as a personal assistant to senior staff members.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

*Must be able to pass a drug test
*Must be able to work Saturday's
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
