What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Marysville Animal Care Center?
We are currently seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented client service representative with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask and remain calm under stressful situations. We are looking for a team member with compassion for both people and animals.
Ultimately, as the first point of contact, our receptionists must represent the practice in a compassionate, professional manner with a genuine desire to provide a positive experience for each client.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): greeting clients and pets, answering a multiline phone system, scheduling appointments, preparing invoices and collecting payments, entering client/patient information and managing electronic medical records.
Candidates with previous veterinary experience are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
