Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with administrators, instructional teams and support personnel to plan and implement programs and activities for students and the school community
- Deliver dynamic instruction that meets state standards
- Utilize the Kira Learning platform to provide general computer science curriculum to students for graduation credit
- Assist in other coursework provided in the MHS Technology pathway
- Analyze student data on a consistent basis to meet the individual needs of students and deliver appropriate instruction
- Be an active member of the faculty and staff
- Create and maintain a positive classroom climate through effective classroom management; supervise the proper care of school property
- Be self-reflective by participating in personal professional growth activities to learn new skills and improve teaching
- Promote positive student, parent and community relationships through using effective written and oral communication
- FLSA Status: Exempt
