Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, daily update of client census, database, and population funding reports.), telephone communications and responses, and scheduling of admissions.
- Maintain all fiscal aspects of the program through consultation with the Supervisor or designee to include the oversight/management of client billing in an accurate and timely manner to ensure payment.
- In conjunction with the Coordinator/Director, develop and implement reporting systems to document Quality Improvement in measurable standards.
- Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of reports as required by the Coordinator/Director of Residential Services and funding/monitoring sources.
- Ensure accurate reporting of client changes to funding agencies, DAS, SJI, Work First, Drug court, criminal justice agencies, etc. develop, where applicable, and maintain contact with appropriate community resources to facilitate client care.
- Compile and prepare data/information as required for proposals and reports.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED is required with two years administrative experience required in an addictions treatment facility.
- Knowledge of NJ-SAMS is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with clients and to gain their confidence and cooperation.
- Ability to plan and organize work and prepare appropriate reports.
