We are a fast growing and extremely professional Roofing company that is looking for an all star person to work in the Sales Estimator position.
Looking for Self Motivated Sales Estimator who fits the following:
Skills/Qualifications
- Experience working in a position: one year or more
- Education: High Diploma
- Foreign language knowledge: Good conversational English is important, Spanish will be advantage.
- Computer proficiency: User-level; Ability to use Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Drive; Office apps; CRM systems
- Work permit: The employee must have an official permit to work in the United States.
Position Duties:
- Make sure that all leads processing on time and properly (scheduling, appointment confirmation, providing necessary information);
- Ring up customers and perform proposals;
- Draw up the meeting schedule for the customers;
- Sales follow-ups;
- Provide customers info upon projects;
- Help customers with available Financing options;
- Prepare the leads and sales reports;
- Prepare a monthly report on the fulfillment of the sales plan.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Likes to do what he knows well, since the work consists mainly of repetitive actions;
- Communicativeness, since the employee needs to interact with customers;
- Own car will be an advantage;
- Stress tolerance, because this person needs to sort out difficult situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
