Neal Roofing & Waterproofing, a leading roofing company in South Florida, is seeking a Roofing Field Manager to oversee and manage our roofing projects. As a Roofing Field Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our roofing projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead roofing crews and subcontractors on various roofing projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate roofing activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess project progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the roofing project.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project goals are met.
- Train and mentor roofing crew members to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to minimize risks on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, work progress, and material usage.
Qualifications:
- Roofing experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Proven ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn company CRM
- Valid driver's license
