You have hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence and a passion for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage Agile delivery across multiple project teams, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
- Partner with client stakeholders in the financial or banking sector to align delivery with business goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure proper usage of Jira and Confluence for effective planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Mentor teams on Agile best practices, removing blockers, and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations, enabling data-driven decisions that maximize client value.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure alignment and successful execution of complex initiatives.
- 8–12 years of experience in Agile delivery, with a proven track record in multi-team environments.
- Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, manage stakeholders, and foster high-performing Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for building inclusive and results-oriented cultures.
