Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS or cash register systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in their choices.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Assist with food handling according to safety regulations to ensure quality service.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
