- Provide screening, assessment and crisis intervention services via telehealth to adult members of the community who are referred by local police.
- Determine the appropriate level of care and services needed
- Provide transitional support, advocacy and care coordination services in-person and/or via telehealth until these adults initiate or resume ongoing mental health and/or substance use treatment service
- Services are delivered in-person in the office or community and/or via telehealth
- Required to be available via pre-programmed tablets for calls that are referred for screening and intervention
- Hourly Rate: Full License: Hourly $28.90 - $38.89 / Limited License: Hourly $26.68 - $35.91
- Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used ($0.64 per mile)

- Monday-Thursday 8:30am-7pm; Friday 8:30am-5pm; Saturday 9am-1pm.
- Flexible scheduling is available
- Evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program needs
- Must be available to respond immediately to crisis calls during scheduled on-call hours.
- Share on-call responsibilities during business hours with other ABH team members and assist with after-hours on-call coverage on a voluntary basis as their individual schedules allow
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
- Michigan licensure or willing to obtain (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP) within a 60-day training period beginning on the date of hire
