Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking experienced IT Applications Support Specialists to join our team in the Tampa, Orlando, and West Palm Beach areas. This is a hybrid position, with time spent working from home as well as our offices and locations throughout the State of Florida. This position will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of enterprise applications and systems while providing technical support to staff. IT Applications Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field; preferred
- 6 years' experience working in information technology operations, programming, systems/software development or another IT related support area
- Working knowledge of enterprise applications, systems security, and disaster recovery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to efficiently manage time and tasks with little supervision
- Experience working with the following systems; preferred

- Great Plains
- MS Active Directory
- Ring Central
- MS SQL
- MS Office 365
IT Applications Support Specialist Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provides support and monitors enterprise applications and systems.
- Create, manage, and maintain users accounts and user attributes
- Incident investigation and escalation, troubleshooting issues with systems and software.
- Provides software and systems communications support to staff.
- Performs directory services administration (user access rights, etc.).
- Maintains detailed software and system documentation.
- Working with secure Managed File Transfer systems (FTP/SFTP).
- Working with API integrations between multiple systems.
- Writing queries utilizing MS-SQL.
- Interacts with vendors and support teams.
- Performs related duties as required.
