Car Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them find the perfect vehicle. The Car Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact to final delivery.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries from customers via phone or email.

Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales or within a dealership environment is preferred.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required; however, effective communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with automotive products and services is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
