We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services and maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.

Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
Perform hair threading and nail care services as needed.
Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and color theory.
Assist in store management tasks as required, including inventory management and retail sales.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and trends in the beauty industry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods of time.
Experience with upselling products and services is preferred but not mandatory.
