Our client in Athol, MA is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Quality Manager position are as follows :
Bachelors degree in a related technical field
5 years recent / relevant Quality Management experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong computer skills including Microsoft office, Teams, Excel and Word
Database and report generation software experience
Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance standards and methodologies
Superior numerical skills
Excellent data analysis and statistical method skills
Black Belt Six Sigma preferred
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Must have strong work ethic and lead by example

Direct hire position
Full time Monday – Friday 1st shift hours 6am-3 : 30pm

Oversee quality assurance department
Implement / monitor / review / enforce policies and procedures
Monitor quality testing and implement operational control plans
Supervise and train staff
Manage documentation and reporting
Analyze data and recommend improvements
Ensure quality products with internal and external suppliers
Develop and implement quality management system
Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives
Perform quality audits
