Quality Manager
We’re seeking a Quality Manager for a metal bearing / stamping manufacturer to oversee our quality assurance systems, ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards, and drive continuous improvement for product quality and operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities of Quality Manager
- Ensure QA systems and procedures meet government, certification, and customer requirements; maintain and update the QA manual and internal processes.
- Conduct audits, investigate customer complaints, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage and mentor staff, identifying opportunities for system improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance inspection methods, equipment performance, product quality, efficiency, and team morale.
- Ensure full compliance with company QA policies and procedures.
