Architect Job Description:
Masis Professional Group has an immediate need for a Licensed Architect for a very well established and highly reputable firm in the Menasha WI area on a full-time direct hire basis.
Architect Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop conceptual and presentation drawings as well as technical drawings for all phases of project documentation
- Ability to understand the client and stakeholders’ vision and key factors for project success
- Demonstrate an ability to work on multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule constraints
- Plans and programs layout of project; coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
- Interact and communicate effectively with team members, clients and other agencies
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards of architectural design, detailing, IBC building codes and basic MEP systems
- Assist in research and coordination of materials and product for project specifications
- Develop solutions to design assignments and technical problems
- Participate in the marketing of new clients, presentations and trade shows
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Architect Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture for Project Architect position
- Registered Architect or progress toward becoming a Registered Architect for Project Architect position
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in an architectural position
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and professional commitment
- Self-starting with strong work ethic and time management skills
- Team player willing to accept a full range of responsibilities
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, COMcheck, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
