Position Overview : Our client is seeking a Skilled Assembly Technician to join their production team. This role requires a strong background in mechanical assembly and / or general construction, with experience in heavy industrial assembly. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects, ensuring precision, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform skilled, repetitive heavy industrial assembly operations in support of production projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings for accurate construction.
- Operate power tools and mechanical measuring equipment safely and effectively.
- Clean parts prior to production use as needed.
- Support cycle count activity, inventory handling, and transactions following established procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain productive working relationships with team members.
- Complete sheeting, trimming, and plumbing tasks for customer projects as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
