Job Description:

This Mass Mobility Specialist position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include providing motivational counseling, developing family plans, and facilitating neighborhood/housing search tours.

Essential Duties:

• Counseling Services: Deliver personalized guidance to participants seeking to utilize their voucher in high-opportunity areas.
• Family Support: Collaborate with families to develop and implement comprehensive plans, ensuring successful transitions to new neighborhoods.
• Housing Search Assistance: Conduct thorough searches for suitable housing options, engaging with property owners and landlords as needed.
• Program Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution, fostering strong relationships and open communication.

Qualifications:

• Education and Background: Bachelor's degree in social work, public policy, or related field; 3 years of experience in social services, case management, and/or real estate.
• Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and effective time management.

Working Conditions:
