Information Technology Associate is responsible for day-to-day support of the platforms used by the firm and its employees.
Areas of Responsibility include:
- Provide daily support for all corporate laptops, desktops, AV equipment, and networking equipment
- Manage technical relationship with vendors
- IT project work as required, including systems design, network design, implementation, and maintenance
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- IT support experience with MacOS
- Experience with cloud-based computing environments such as Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work with teams in multiple disciplines and prioritize work based on needs
