About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a SNO Mass Mobility Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to participants, conducting initial enrollment, developing family plans, assessing schooling needs, and making referrals for needed services. You will also plan and conduct neighborhood/housing search tours, communicate with property owners, and assist families with post-move support.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines, and a demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service. You should have a strong understanding of social services, case management, and real estate principles. A 4-year degree in social work or a related field is preferred, but direct experience will be highly considered. Bilingual ability (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
