Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate with 1–3 years of relevant experience to support the day-to-day operations of its investment platform. This role offers hands-on exposure to trade operations, portfolio reconciliation, client reporting, and account maintenance. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with custodians, fund administrators, and internal systems
- Assist with portfolio accounting, valuations, and performance reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for client accounts
- Work closely with external custodians and internal teams to research and resolve breaks or discrepancies
- Contribute to new account onboarding and ongoing account maintenance
- Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support ad hoc projects, including regulatory and compliance reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, fund administration, or a similar financial services function
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Advent, Enfusion, Eze, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Genuine interest in investment management and financial operations

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
