Portfolio Operations, Senior Associate
Join the operations team of a highly regarded asset management firm. Will support trade settlement, reconciliations, monthly and quarterly reporting, contributions, subscriptions and redemptions. Communicate with third party administrators and custodians. Act as a liaison with client service and investment teams, help with monthly and quarterly reporting, and monitor and process corporate actions. This is a small and collaborative team with domestic and international clients. Need 3-5 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft office, juggle multiple priorities, be a motivated problem solver. Strong benefits include 401k and profit sharing, gym, tuition assistance, and hybrid work schedule. Salary to $85K plus bonus.
