We are currently seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager for a great opportunity in the Greer, SC area. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and people skills. This person will be responsible for all facets of Masis Staffing Solutions On-Site in partnership with the client, and maintain a one-to-one relationship with the department leads, supervisors, and management team. They will also effectively supervise Masis Staffing Solutions onsite employees and temporary associates to ensure optimum working conditions, compliance, recordkeeping, production, and good employee relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ONSITE STAFFING MANAGER
- Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.
- Ensure in a timely manner that orders are expedited with Masis Staffing Solutions branch office to meet and fulfillment standards.
- Ensure all temporary associates work, arrive at work on time and properly document their times.
- Expedite orders with Masis Staffing Solutions team members to reduce cycle time to fill orders.
- Coordinate temporary associate recognition programs to boost morale and increase retention.
- Conduct temporary associate orientation on an as needed basis. Conduct required performance check as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors to resolve and issue in a productivity or other issues that may arise.
- Maintain close contact with the key principles at the account to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible.
- Build top of mind awareness through in person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increase business with the on-site.
- Consistently exceed client and talent expectations and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.
- Does data entry into Masis Staffing Solutions proprietary employee/applicant tracking system, maintains accurate records, and keeps system current.
- Coordinates drug testing and fitness determinations appointments.
- Ensure timecards have the necessary fields and approval to meet industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot case by case data entry issues and delays and design corrective actions to improve the overall process.
- Send collected payroll data to the payroll department by specified deadline.
REQUIREMENTS OF ONSITE STAFFING MANAGER
- 2 to 3 years of high volume recruiting in a staffing agency or industrial setting.
- 2 to 3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
- English/Spanish Bilingual.
- Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
- Ability to build rapport with all employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter and motivated.
