DESCRIPTION of the position for Staffing Manager:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Staffing Manager with strong interpersonal, people, and leadership skills. Someone to be responsible for all facets of Masis Staffing Solutions in the Greer, SC Branch.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted mentor and leader responsible for meeting or exceeding productivity goals established by the leadership team in our operations department. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion. Must be an achiever who is performance oriented and competitive, yet team focused. Leadership talents include mentoring, delegating, and motivating teams. Grows the relationship with the client by providing creative solutions regarding their contingent workforce. Contributes to efficient Masis operations by performing duties accurately and in a timely manner.
Bilingual candidate required: English and Spanish
High volume employee management necessary for success.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.
- Lead a team of Service Coordinators to meet or exceed productivity and performance goals established by the executive team.
- Meet or exceed safety standard goals established by the Risk Department.
- Lead, mentor and develop Service Coordinators.
- Promote new and existing business development through prospecting and account management.
- Ensure adherence of company policy by all personnel in designated branch.
- Implement standards, procedures, and controls to improve data entry efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
- Monitor compliance of branch with Masis Staffing Solutions policies and procedures for payroll.
- Ensure timecards have the necessary fields and approval to meet industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot case by case data entry issues and delays and design corrective actions to improve the overall process.
- Send collected payroll data to the payroll department by specified deadline.
- Review performance of designated Service Coordinators through Masis CRM and implement improvement initiatives when needed.
- Balance workload among Service Coordinators to maximize performance and growth.
- Identify talent via job posting responses, reverse resume searches, internet searches, walk-ins, job fairs, and networking events.
- Gather competitor information and gain market intelligence.
- Maintain contact with major clients and prospects to maximize sales and client satisfaction.
- Assist Business Development Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Ensure job orders are processed through CRM and filled with quality candidates.
- Train and mentor Service Coordinators.
- Perform other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
- Multi-task, team and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office systems and processes.
- General knowledge and understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations that impact human resources and overall compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high degree of follow-up and integrity.
- Strong computer skills including experience in using Microsoft office products.
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to successfully and positively develop effective working relationships between staff, leaders and branch office(s).
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate initiative to meet and anticipate customer expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
