What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate/Order Filler position at Mason Brothers Company?
We are an independently owned grocery distributor located in the Wadena area. We are looking for hard working, dependable employees that are willing to work as a team to complete their tasks. These positions call for employees to work until orders are completed daily. Hours are Sunday to Thursday from 1pm until orders are complete for 2nd shift positions such as these. Employees must maintain 35-40 hours weekly in order to qualify for benefits. Base wage offered with incentives for positive attendance and performance numbers. We offer many great benefits!
Required:
- Ability to work in the Cooler area for the entire shift
- Excellent attendance - must stay for entire shift to help get out product
- Lifting 40 pounds on a regular basis (sometimes up to 80 pounds)
- Organizing orders and inventory
- Great time management
- Knowledge or experience to drive electric pallet jacks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or ability to learn to build sturdy pallets
- Reliable transportation to work
