Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Obtain charts, prepare, scan and index charts to be used in electronic format.
- Process records in a timely and efficient manner and are of the highest possibly quality for end user viewing
- Assures integrity and quality of medical records stored in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) through document preparation, scanning, indexing and quality control procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
