Summary: Responsible for working directly with the building principal in maintaining a safe, secure, educational environment for staff and students, while assisting the principal by keeping them informed of observations and actions to assure a coordinated effort in the administration and supervision of the school. Responsible for the direction, coordination, and execution of educational and instructional leadership for all staff and students. Utilize leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills to promote educational excellence for the staff and students.
- 2025-2026 school year
- MS/MA or Ed.S. degree in Educational Administration
- Iowa Licensure in Education Administration
- Iowa Evaluator's Approval Endorsement
- $87,544 - $103,462, DOQ
- Computer competency required - experience with multiple forms of technology preferred
- Ability to procure resources in support of school improvement efforts.
- Ability to facilitate resources toward educational goals and mission.
- Flexibility to easily adapt to changing work environments and assignments as needed
