Position: Anticipated Administrative Assistant - Class IV
Location: Mason High School

*Must be a person who shows initiative
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

Job Responsibilities
*Master Schedule - Build, manage and maintain High School master schedule on a yearly cycle.
*Schedule Students - Mass and hand schedule all MHS students.
*Process Grades - Facilitate grade collection and production of Interim Grade Reports and Semester Report cards. Complete grade changes as requested by teachers.
*Data Reporting - provide reports based on data stored in eSchool for Administrators or other staff on an ad hoc basis.
*Personalized Learning Recording - transcript courses and grades for all non scheduled courses. This currently includes CCP, Credit Flex, APEX, XLP and Independent Study opportunities.
*CCP Student Regulation Compliance - maintain records to monitor student compliance with CCP course and grade regulations. Notify parents of CCP probation, dismissal and fees incurred based on ORC regulations.
*eSchool/TAC support for staff.
*Teacher Roster Verification - complete annual process based on ODE timeline.
*IEP Record Keeping - maintain spreadsheet tracking monthly IEP/ETR completions for compliance with DOE regulations.
