Duties

- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and families to promote collaboration and resource sharing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to program operations.
- Develop strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results.
