Clinical Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our organization in achieving its mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development and management, with a focus on serving individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Duties

• Oversee the development and implementation of programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and families to promote collaboration and resource sharing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to program operations.
• Develop strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results.
