CORE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate and assist the public by responding to questions, direct inquiries and providing information or processing documents by correspondence, telephone or in person. Maintain and disburse forms and public information.

Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm

3 weeks minimum, duration unknown
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This classification is primarily responsible for providing office and administrative support to staff within the department and the public to ensure the needs of the public are met in a positive, timely and efficient manner. Employees may be assigned general responsibilities or be assigned to a specific function within the department.
