We are looking for a Reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! This ideal candidate will be responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner and performing all emergency and non-emergency service requests in the field.
Responsibilities :
- Complete work orders
- Receiving and performing all emergency and non-emergency service requests.
- Servicing maintenance activities and property inspections.
- Delivering communication to tenants.
- Picking up materials and general "running" as the business requires.
