This role will drive new business and expand existing relationships across various industries, offering tailored Salesforce solutions to streamline processes, drive commercial excellence, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing deals—focusing on helping companies adopt innovative Salesforce technologies to manage their business and processes effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce as well as a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and needs.
- Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate how solutions, including integrations with third-party tools, can enhance their business
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing all aspects of the sales cycle to close high-value deals
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers, from users to executives, to ensure continued success and upsell opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to drive awareness and ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals, with a focus on both new business and expansion of existing accounts.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and forecast sales performance using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with Salesforce products
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals in the Salesforce eco-system
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms to manage and track sales activities.
