This Account Executive position reports directly to the National Sales Director and is primarily responsible for selling TechOnPurposes (TOP) comprehensive line of computing, collaboration, contracting, connectivity and cybersecurity services (The 5Cs) to select clients within assigned sales territories.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Hit the ground running to build and maintain a growing book of highly satisfied direct clients matching the companies published ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Support in-territory Partners to enable partner growth and sales success.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering & Support teams to develop and deliver best-in-class technology solutions and proposals, across the TOP product portfolio.
- Work in harmony with sales management and peers to foster shared sales success that transcends borders and industries, propelling TOPs innovative technology solutions to unparalleled heights, with high closing rates for new direct and partner customers.
- Partner with Customer Experience team to expand relationships and add-on products / services for existing customers with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Work in harmony with PMO and Service Delivery teams for a successful transition through the customer journey, from pre to post sales.
- Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
- Learn, document and aptly convey the technology needs of ICP aligned prospects, and work harmoniously with Sales Engineering & Support to design, developy & deliver solutions and proposals to meet individual business needs of each.
- Be a self starter, generating new leads by contacting prospective clients via telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.
- Qualify new leads and schedule needed discovery & site surveys to determine serviceability of prospects.
- Timely maintain TOP CRM systems (and other systems as directed) to report sales activity and customer information.
- Work in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel as directed.
- Attend all sales & company meetings and training sessions as scheduled and requested.
- Achieve and exceed new business revenue quota targets across the TOP product / service portfolio (monthly, quarterly and annually) according to current compensation plans.
