Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. The ideal candidate is an experienced and motivated RN leader with a strong background in long-term care.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio
Previous management experience required
Prior experience as an ADON or nursing supervisor in a long-term care setting strongly preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
