This position enjoys competitive pay of $55,000 - $65,000 per year and enticing benefits such as:

THE ROLE
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator - Accounting Specialist, you play a key role in managing our accounts payable process. You process invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve any vendor discrepancies. You maintain accurate records, assist with month-end closings, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. Whether you're preparing check runs, handling 1099 reporting, or supporting audits, your ability to stay organized and efficient keeps our financial operations on track. Throughout the day, you collaborate with vendors, the purchasing department, and the accounting team lead to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, based in Houston, TX.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable processing experience
- Proficient in Office 365 apps, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve payment discrepancies
- Effective communication skills for vendor interactions
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epicor ERP
