About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can independently capture and produce stunning visuals of our job sites primarily across the Metro NY area (NYC/NJ/LI). Your work will play a crucial role in documenting our projects for case studies, social media, blogs, and our website.
Responsibilities:
- Visit job sites to capture hero shots, videos, and work progress documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians during site visits to learn and effectively document our work.
- Take final imagery during project walkthroughs to showcase completed work.
- Edit videos and photos into compelling content for social media, blogs, website, and case studies.
- Help create brand videos, sizzle reels, and training/tutorial videos.
- Ensure all deliverables align with our brand and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- A self-starter with strong videography, video editing, photography and content creation skills.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to develop scripts for videos and other content.
- Someone with their own equipment (we’re happy to provide support for additional gear if needed).
- A flexible schedule, ready to work about 10 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
- Ability to travel across the NY Metro area and occasionally our headquarters/warehouse in Deer Park, NY [Long Island] - (travel expenses compensated).
- Prior experience in photography, videography, and social media content creation.
- Bonus if you have familiarity with the Structured Cabling (voice/data/fiber) and/or Audio-Visual industries
