As the Programming & Events Coordinator, you'll be the key orchestrator of unforgettable private events and innovative experiences at our Brewery.
From transforming client visions into immersive events to executing seamless operations, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable moments and engaging atmospheres.
What You’ll Do :
Client Relationship Expert : Be the go-to person for our clients, understanding their event goals, preferences, and needs.
You’ll build strong connections, recommend the perfect packages, and create experiences they’ll want to come back for.
Master Event Planner : Design and execute bespoke events by collaborating with clients, vendors, and your team. You’ll create proposals, set budgets, negotiate contracts, and make every event run smoothly from start to finish.
Innovative Programming & Experience Design : Curate standout experiences and on-trend programming that elevate the atmosphere.
You’ll work with our social media team to promote events and continuously stay ahead of industry trends.
Post-Event Evaluator : Gather feedback, analyze event metrics, and identify opportunities to improve and refine future events.
What You’ll Bring :

- An eye for detail and the ability to handle fast-paced environments with ease.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Knowledge of TripleSeat is a bonus, but a passion for events and innovative thinking is a must!
You’ll primarily work from our office, but you’ll have plenty of opportunities to visit clients, attend events, and oversee on-site operations.
Some travel and flexible hours will be necessary to meet client needs and ensure every event is a hit!
