Mass Commercial Cleaning (MCC) is looking for motivated individuals to join our cleaning team! We have openings for both experienced and entry-level cleaners to assist our clients across Northampton and surrounding areas. Please note, not all positions are located within Northampton, so ensure you carefully read the details before applying. This opportunity includes multiple roles across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning tasks for office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and restocking supplies in restrooms.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, mop, and ensure flooring remains clean and safe.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in shared spaces such as conference rooms and entryways.
• Work may vary depending on client needs, with on-the-job training provided to adapt to specific tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong custodial skills, with a focus on floor care.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic buffing and floor maintenance tasks.
• Experience in residential painting and porter duties is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel within 30 minutes of Northampton.
• Some clients will require a CORI

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
