Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining clean, inviting spaces? Mass Commercial Cleaning (MCC) is seeking motivated, experienced individuals to join our team as Evening Cleaning Staff. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of two client facilities located just 12 minutes apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, and restock restroom supplies.
- Dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Vacuum, mop, and ensure floors remain spotless.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in shared spaces such as conference rooms and entryways.
- Travel between two locations: Hadley, MA (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM) and Amherst, MA (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM). Candidates must have reliable transportation to fulfill the cleaning duties at both locations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
- Strong custodial skills, with an emphasis on floor care and maintenance.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities upkeep.
- Experience with buffing and floor care a plus.
- Residential painting or porter duties experience is a bonus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between the two facilities.
