Mass Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to seek out new accounts. This role combines strategic prospecting, client engagement, and market education to expand our footprint in the commercial cleaning industry.
As the Business Development Manager , you will build a robust pipeline of new clients and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals. This position requires a hunter mentality who understands consultative sales and facility management.
Key Responsibilities :
Pipeline Development & Market Engagement :
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
- Actively prospect and identify new sales targets in the field during “golden hours” (10 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday).
