What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Cycle Strategy and Innovation Program Manager position at Mass General Brigham (Enterprise Services)?
Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, management, finance, business administration or related field required and Master's degree preferred
Experience
3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience required
3-5 years relevant Healthcare experience specifically in revenue cycle or strategy required
Experience with Epic preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule.
Familiarity with healthcare vendors, third-party billing solutions and industry best practices
