Essential Functions Compiles And Organizes All Financial Data.
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Accounting preferred or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

Essential Functions Compiles And Organizes All Financial Data.
- Prepare reports and summaries for review by leadership.
- Process and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and budget-related documentation.
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software and other relevant systems.
- Assist in monitoring departmental expenses against budget allocations.
